Ingredients

2 peaches

1 banana

1 cups frozen strawberries

1 T hemp seeds

1 cup of almond milk (or other milk alternative)

1 T peanut butter

1 T coconut oil

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Adding coconut oil to your smoothie is a great way to get these benefits. Start with 1 teaspoon and work up to larger amounts. Coconut oil can harden when cooled so it’s best to blend the coconut oil in at the end.
